Refund & Return Policy – ETC Shoes

At ETC Shoes, our goal is to make sure you love your purchase. If something doesn’t fit, feel, or look right, we’re here to help. Please review the following policy to understand your rights and our process for returns, refunds, and exchanges.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may return unworn and unused items within 90 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in their original condition, with all packaging, labels, and accessories included.

  • Items showing signs of wear (scuffs, odors, creases, damage) may not be eligible for a refund.

  • Clearance or “Final Sale” items are not eligible for returns or refunds unless defective.


2. Exchanges

  • We gladly offer exchanges for different sizes or colors, subject to stock availability.

  • If the requested item is unavailable, we will provide a refund or store credit.

  • Exchange shipping costs may apply depending on your region.


3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned product.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is approved and processed.

  • Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.


4. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us immediately at support@etcshoes.com with photos.

  • We will arrange a free replacement, repair, or full refund.

 

  • Claims must be submitted within 12 days of receiving the order.

5. How to Start a Return

  1. Contact our customer support at support@etcshoes.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will provide you with return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).
  3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging and send it back to the address provided.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will issue your refund or exchange

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • In the case of defective or incorrect items, ETC Shoes will cover the return shipping cost.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within 10 business days:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company or payment provider, as processing times vary.
  • If the issue persists, contact us at support@etcshoes.com and we will assist.

8. International Returns

  • For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping and any customs duties or import taxes.

  • ETC Shoes is not liable for packages lost in return transit. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.


9. Store Credit Option

  • Instead of a refund, customers may choose to receive store credit, which can be applied toward future purchases.

  • Store credit never expires and may include bonus value during promotions.
